Britney Spears Megamix (a sonic collage by Haus of Glitch) @britneyspears
25 Britney songs were sampled to create this collage/megamix. No other beats or samples were used other than her songs.
When I create these megamixes, I really immerse myself in all of these songs, listening to them over and over again. I like to do some research on the artist and hopefully discover some new things about them that I didn’t already know. I’ll watch live performance footage, interviews, award shows, all just to get a sense of who this person is. Then I sift through these tiny bits of sound and attempt to paint a picture of this person’s world, and tell their story…all while hopefully creating something musical that is interesting and makes you move your ass.
